BlueSolar PWM-Light 48V-30A - PWM solar controller for solar lighting, 48 V

BlueSolar PWM-Light 48V-30A is a PWM solar charge controller for 48 V batteries with a rated charge current of 30 A, intended for solar lighting and small stand-alone photovoltaic applications. It has two timers for the operation of the output.

The controller is intended mainly for solar-powered street or perimeter lighting and for small stand-alone photovoltaic applications, such as off-grid homes or telecommunication stations. The battery is charged with a non-programmable algorithm in three stages: main charging (bulk), absorption and float.

Two timers allow operation from sunset to sunrise or for a limited period after sunset and a limited period before sunrise. A seven-segment display shows the timer settings and error conditions, and a battery status indicator warns when the battery is discharged. The protections include overcurrent, short circuit, reverse polarity of the panels and/or the battery, and disconnection of the output at low voltage.
