Shipping
Payment on this website is currently by bank transfer. We prepare your order once we have received the payment.
The delivery options available for your address and your cart, each with its price, are shown at the "Shipping" step of the checkout, before you place the order. The price depends on the destination and on the weight and size of the parcels. Currently we ship with FedEx (usually 3-6 days) or with a private carrier, for example for pallets and heavy goods (usually 2-15 days).
Some products are ordered in from the manufacturer for you, so delivery may take more than 4 working days. We confirm the delivery time after you order. If we have not agreed another date, we deliver within 30 days of the contract. If we cannot deliver on time, you may set us an additional period; if we still do not deliver (or if the date was essential for you), you may terminate the contract and we refund everything you paid without undue delay.
Unloading. It is the customer's responsibility to unload the goods on arrival. The driver is only responsible for the safe and timely delivery to the designated location and is not authorised to unload. Please make all necessary arrangements before the delivery.
On delivery. Please check the parcels in front of the driver. If a package is visibly damaged or missing, note it on the delivery document and tell us as soon as possible, with photos. If you are a consumer, the risk of loss or damage passes to you only when you (or a person you name, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.
Prices
The price shown in your order confirmation is final: once we have confirmed your order, we do not change the price of the products or of the delivery.
Returns and warranty
If you are a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason, and a legal guarantee of conformity of at least 2 years from delivery, as provided by EU consumer law. To return a product or report a fault, write to us at contact@kitoffgrid.com with your order number.
