Cyrix-Li-charge 24/48V-120A - Intelligent charge relay for lithium batteries

Cyrix-Li-charge 24/48V-120A is a microprocessor-controlled intelligent charge relay for 24 V or 48 V lithium battery systems. It engages when its control input is pulled high, to approximately battery voltage, and disengages when the input is left floating or pulled low, so the charging source can be disconnected from the battery by an external signal.

• Battery voltage: 24 V or 48 V, automatic detection
• Continuous/breaking current: 120 A at 24 V, 40 A at 48 V
• BMS control: VE.Bus BMS, second line of LiFePO4 protection
• Charger connection: after 3 s, from 26 V (52 V) on charger terminal
• Control input: engages when high, disengages when low or floating

The Cyrix Battery Combiner is a microprocessor controlled heavy duty relay that automatically connects batteries in parallel when one of them has reached a pre-set voltage (indicating that the battery is being charged), and disconnects when the voltage decreases below float level (indicating that one or more batteries are being discharged). Cyrix Battery Combiners are an excellent replacement for diode isolators. The main feature is that there is virtually no voltage loss so that the output voltage of alternators or battery chargers does not need to be increased.
