MultiPlus 24/3000/70-16 230V VE.Bus - 24 V inverter/charger, 3000 VA

MultiPlus 24/3000/70-16 230V VE.Bus is a combined pure sine wave inverter/charger for 24 V batteries, with 3000 VA (2400 W) continuous power and a maximum charge current of 70 A. It offers adaptive charging, PowerAssist hybrid technology and a 16 A transfer switch in a single enclosure.

The PowerAssist function prevents overloading of a limited AC source, such as a generator or a shore connection. First, battery charging is automatically reduced when an overload would occur; the second level supplements the output of the generator or shore supply with energy taken from the battery.

The UPS function ensures uninterrupted power: if the grid fails, or when the shore supply or generator is disconnected, the inverter switches on automatically and takes over the connected loads in less than 20 milliseconds, so computers and other electronic equipment keep running. Up to 6 Multi units can operate in parallel for higher output, and three-phase or split-phase operation is possible, depending on the model.

Connected to a GX device, for example the Cerbo GX, the Multi can be monitored and controlled locally (LAN) or remotely over the internet, with the VRM app and the VRM portal, both free, from a phone, tablet, laptop or PC. Control includes adjusting the Multi and automatically starting a backup generator.
