Inverting remote on-off cable is a control cable that connects Phoenix inverters rated 3 kVA and more and all Multi, MultiPlus and Quattro units to a VE.Bus BMS or to the load output of a BlueSolar MPPT charger.

Main features:

• Connects to: VE.Bus BMS or BlueSolar MPPT load output
• Compatible with: Phoenix 3 kVA and up, Multi, MultiPlus, Quattro
• Signal: active pull-down remote on/off
• Function with BMS: switches the inverter off when batteries are empty

Use this inverting remote on/off cable to connect Victron inverters and inverter/chargers that require an active pull-down remote signal-including the (discontinued) (Phoenix) Inverter 12/180, 24/180, 12/350 and 24/350, as well as all (Phoenix) inverters rated at 3 kVA and more and all Multi/MultiPlus and Quattro units-to a VE.Bus BMS or a BlueSolar MPPT Charger with a load output:

• VE.Bus BMS: the Inverter/Multi/Quattro will be switched off when the batteries are empty. A second cable can be used to switch off the charger in case of Multi/Quattro.
• BlueSolar MPPT Charger: connecting an inverter directly to the load output of a BlueSolar MPPT Charger is not possible; the inverter needs to be connected to the battery. This cable is then used to convert the load output control signal so the inverter can be switched on and off via its remote on/off input.
