BOS-G-PDU-2 - HV control box for the BOS-G Pro battery cluster

BOS-G-PDU-2 is the high voltage control box of the battery cluster in the Deye BOS-G Pro series, conforming to European and British standards. It operates from 200 to 1000 V DC, with a nominal charge and discharge current of 100 A, and mounts in the 19 inch rack next to the battery modules.

The control box manages the connection between the battery cluster and the external inverter (PCS). BOS-G Pro systems can run with up to 16 battery racks in parallel and up to 10 inverters in AC parallel.

The standard configuration includes a 120 ohm terminal resistor, a 250 mm communication cable, a 140 mm power cable, a 2.1 m power cable, 2 m power cables to the positive and negative poles of the external PCS (EPCable2.0 and ENCable2.0), a 1000 mm communication cable and a 1000 mm power cable between two racks, and a 140 mm ground wire.
