Pylontech Fidus Plus FB-L-16-Pro - heated LiFePO4 battery, 16.076 kWh, 51.2 V

Pylontech Fidus Plus FB-L-16-Pro is a low-voltage LiFePO4 battery (51.2 V, 16.076 kWh) with cell heating, for wall mounting or free-standing on the floor. It has a display, an app over Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, communicates over CAN or RS485 and has ingress protection IP65.

The maximum continuous current is 188 A for charging and 200 A for discharging, and the peak current is 300 A for 15 seconds. One group can have up to 20 batteries (19 in multi-group setups) and the system up to 6 groups. For paralleling several groups, the datasheet requires an LV-HUB. The depth of discharge is 100 %, with the lower SOC limit set to 5 % by default, adjustable.

The heated version (Pro) allows charging and discharging between -20 and 55 °C: between -20 and 0 °C heating activates so that charging is possible above 0 °C, and the BMS limits the current at extreme temperatures. The enclosure has ingress protection IP65 and corrosion resistance class C5-M, and the design life is 15 years, with 8000 cycles at 25 °C, 0.2C and 5-95 % SOC. The interfaces include a display, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. Aerosol fire suppression is an option of the model.

The official Pylontech list of compatible inverters (version 2.46, updated 7 July 2026) has one shared column for familia Fidus Plus (FB-L-16), which lists Victron Energy inverters (Multiplus and Quattro 48 V, via Venus OS, CAN communication), Solis (S6-EH1P-L, S6-EH1P-L-PLUS, S6-EH3P-NV-YD-L) and Deye (SUN-SG01LP1, SUN-SG03LP1, SUN-SG04LP1, SUN-SG04LP3 and SUN-SG05LP3 series), among other manufacturers. Firmware V1586 is stated for the Deye SG01LP1 and SG03LP1 series, and firmware 422 with Venus OS V2.15 or newer for Victron. In off-grid use with Victron, a Victron MPPT or another Victron-compatible PV inverter is required.
