Multifunctional
Similar to the MultiPlus, the Quattro is also a combined inverter and charger. In addition, it can accept two AC inputs and automatically connects to the active source. Its many features include a true sine wave inverter, adaptive charging, PowerAssist hybrid technology plus multiple system integration functions, such as three-phase or split-phase operation and parallel operation.

Two alternating current inputs and two alternating current outputs
The Quattro-II can be connected to two independent AC power sources, such as a ground source and one or two generators. The Quattro-II will automatically connect to the active source. The main output has no interruptions in operation. In the event of a power failure or disconnection of power from the mains or generator, the Quattro-II takes over the power supply to the connected loads. This happens so fast (less than 20 milliseconds) that computers and other electronic equipment will continue to run without interruption. The second output is only operational when alternating current is available at one of the Quattro-II inputs. Consumers who should not discharge the battery, such as air conditioning or boilers, may be connected to this output.

Unique PowerAssist feature
Quattro-II will prevent overloading of a limited AC power source, such as a generator or a ground power connection. First, the battery charge will be reduced automatically when an overload occurs. The next level will amplify the capacity of a generator or a power supply from the shore network with battery power.

Practically unlimited power supply, due to parallel operation
Up to 6 Quattro-II units can operate in parallel to achieve higher power capacity. Three-phase or auxiliary phase operation is also possible.
