Inverters are short-circuit resistant and are protected against overheating caused by overload or high ambient temperature.

VE.Direct communication port
The VE.Direct port can be connected to a computer (VE.Direct to USB interface cable required) to set and monitor the same parameters.
High starting power
Required to switch on consumers such as power converters for LED, halogen lamps or power tools.
When in ECO mode, the inverter will switch to stand-by mode when the load drops below a certain preset value. In stand-by, the inverter will switch on for a short period of time, every 2.5 seconds (adjustable).
If the load exceeds the preset level, the inverter will remain on.
A remote switch or relay contact can be connected to a two-pin connector.
Alternatively, the H (left) terminal of the two-pin connector can be switched to the positive pole of the battery or the L (right) terminal of the two-pin connector can be switched to the negative pole of the battery (or the chassis of a vehicle, for example).

To transfer the load to another AC source: transfer switch
For our low power inverters we recommend using the Filax transfer switch. Filax has a very short switching time (less than 20 milliseconds), so that computers and other electronic equipment will continue to operate without interruption. Alternatively, use a MultiPlus device with a built-in transfer switch.
